Whereas a most seditious and inflammatory Libel was this morning found posted up on the Parade Ground of the Bovagh Troop of Cavalry, with the intention and for the purpose of exciting Murder and stirring up Rebellion; and as it particularly threatens those who compose of the Bovagh Cavalry --- We, whole names are hereunto subscribed, holding in utter abhorrence such traitorous and abominable practices, and wishing to bring the perpetrators to condign punishment, do promise to pay the sums anexxed to our names, to any person or persons who will, within Six Calendar Months from the date hereof, prosecute to conviction the person or person or persons, guilty of writing or posting up said paper; and if any accomplice shall make discovery so as to lead to conviction, he shall receive a very ample reward, and application made to his Excellency the Lord Lieutenant to grant him a free Pardon; And moreover if any person will give such private information to Langford Heyland, Esq or any other neighbouring Magistrates, as will lead to a discovery, he shall be handsomely rewarded, and his name kept secret.
