Assignment dated  a Oct. 1775, between Rev. John Torrens., D.D.. Rector of
Ballynascreen, co. Derry, sole exor of the will of Lucy Cary, late of
White Castle, Co. Donegal, & also admor of the goods unadmoned with the
will annexed of Edward Cary late of White Castle, and Edward Caulfield of
Springfield, Co. Donegal, gent, devisee of sd Lucy Cary, of the one part,
and Andrew Mackilwain of the city of Derry, gent. of the other part.
Whereby J. Torrens & E. Caulfield, for consons therein mentioned, assigned
to A. Mackilwain that termonorerrenagh of land of Annagh, Collecronagh,
Cowantoygne, Collranosown, Cavan, Cowan, Adam, the quarter land of
Cullonagh, the townlands of Ballyantemple, Streadreagh, Collifinagh, and
the temple half quarter, all situate in the barony of Tirkaeran, co.
Derry. To Hold for the residue of a term of 21 years held under the Lee of
Derry.

The assignment & memorial witnessed by the Rev. James Garraway of
Tobbermore, co. Derry, Clke, and John Grace, servant to sd A. Mackilwain.
