Will of Annie Elizabeth Rickerby of Oakview Tralee in the County of Kerry, widow make this as my last will revoking all former wills heretofore made by me. I will devise and bequeath all property both real and personal of every kind of which I may die possessed to my son Thomas Gordon Rickerby for his absolute use and I appoint the said Thomas Gordon Rickerby to be sole executor of this my will. In witness wherof I have set hand this eleventh day of October 1943
