Most likely no direct connection. Hugh and Sarah were born in Paisley, Refrewshire, Scotland and moved to Killykergan (near Garvagh) probably in the 1840s. My William was born in 1848 and married a Nancy Roxborough before emigrating to the U.S. in 1864 or so.
