Dear Iain, the placename you mention might well be Crevolea; however, there is also the possibility that it is Trinaltenagh in Desertoghil. You'd need to have heard someone pronouncing it to be sure which it is. There are Gilmores everywhere! And re Roxburgh; is that the same as the name Rosborough which is still around in N. Derry?
