Thanks anyway. My John (gggrandfather) b 1790 - lived 30 years in 
Crevalea - took most of his family to Millbury, Mass in 1852. It was 
there his daughter married William Burnside (son of Josiah) from 
Ireland, but I don't know whereabouts. Both John's father and 
grandfather were Daniels.
I visited Cairns some years back - for three days - all the time with 
hefty cyclonic rains and HOT. Could not get to the reef! Spent Chrismas 
with friends in Brisbane.
12 degrees ain't bad!
