Hi All
  I have obtained a copy of a document that I do not understand the meaning of. If any one understands the following and what it means if you could help translate this legal stuff for me I would me very greatful. I am going to type just as it reads.

  FOLIO NO. 1191
  COUNTY LONDONDERRY
  LANDS OF FARRENTEMPLE GLEBE.

  REGISTERED OWNER: JOHN MCALLISTER

  TAKE NOTICE that the councel on behalf of JOHN MCALLISTER of Farrentemple, Garvagh, in the County of Londonderry, Farmer, will on the 13th day of March 1961 or on the next opportunity, apply to this honerable Court for an order pursuant to Section 52 of the Local Registration of Title (Ireland) Act 1891 that the applicant has aquired the title in Fee Simple to the lands comprised in the above-mentioned Folio No. 1191, County Londonderry, and that the Register may be rectified accordingly, or for such other Order as to this Honerable Court may seem meet, which Applicant will be grounded on the Affidavit of the said John McAllister duly filed, the nature of the case and the reasons to be offered.

  DATED THIS 2ND DAY OF MARCH 1961.

  Then below is the signature of the Solicitor for the Applicant, Coleraine.
