[Bann Valley] Admin: recent list logjam

[Listmaster <ListMaster@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx>]

Apparently the list software seized up recently (because of something I
did) - I'm still learning how to work the list (why can software writers
never write instructions?).

Seems some messages got lost into the aether so if you have posted to the
list recently and it'a not appeared, please resend.

Anyway, the log jam has now been cleared.
