I am related to Margaret Irwin who married Thomas Slaon.  I believe her 
parents were Robert Irwin and Martha McGregor, but have not been able to 
confirm this.  Margaret may have had brothers Robert and John.
I believe Margaret was born 1806 in Lisnagrot.  Both Robert and John Irwin 
were witnesses to Margaret's wedding 11 Feb 1826 at 1st Kilrea Presbyterian 
Church.
If this links in with your family, I would be most interested in sharing 
information and possibly with meeting when you are in Australia.  I live 
near Tamworth in Northern NSW.  If there is a link, I am also in contact 
with the descendant of another of Margaret's children.
