Thanks for the advice Richard - I did wonder about it. While I'm here, I'm
seeking information about four of my ancestors but have never been sure if
they belong to the Bann Valley area - they are John and Mary McClelland (nee
McCullach) and known children Lowry and Eliza born 1856 and about 1859 -
Eliza married William Boyd and most of their 7 children were born at Gloonan
or Ahoghill. Lowry, born Ahoghill (according to his death certificate)
emigrated to Australia in 1877. The others are William John and Martha
(Reid) Crossan from Carrydarragh. They moved between Ulster and Scotland
several times before finally staying in Scotland. William and Martha were
married in the 2nd Presbyterian Church, Moneymore 16/6/1859. His parents
were James Crossan and Martha Sloan, and he had at least one sister, Amelia,
born in Magherafeldt. James and Martha had 3 sons, all of whom emigrated, 2
to Australia, the other to Nova Scotia, and after Martha died, William
remarried, Alice Creeton - in Belfast, and they went back to Scotland, where
they both died, and all their children spent their lives.

I have already received three such spms from Denver's computer!
