Have been off the list for a year or so, due to problems with earthlink webmail, or the way I was using it. Although it is better than a year out of date, McNeary.info is my McNeary website. I will be updating it, and in the meantime welcome any information related to any McNearys anywhere.
My known McNeary ancestors were from Magheramore and the most recent, Tirkeeran. McNeary names were concentrated in townlands near Garvagh and North toward Coleraine. I'm not having much luck on linking the eight or so families I've found to common ancestry, but that remains a goal.
