My great grandmother was an Allen from Glenleary, so I've looked at a  
few other Allen lines around the area, from the records of Macosquin  
Presbyterian. Let me know what townlands specifically you are  
interested in.

Emerald Ancestors is an alternative to RootsIreland, who now charge  
even for looking at the index, which is so ridiculous I will never  
use them again; I hope. Emerald let you see a partial index free.  
Also look at Ulster Historical Foundation

Have you looked at the free online 1901 and 1911 censuses?
