[Bann Valley] sus - OAP records

One of the pages on Lavonne's site which I have copied are the Old Age
Pension records.

The OAP was introduced in 1908. The 1841 and 1851 census records then
existed and they were used to check claimants ages.

These cnsus records wer destroyed in the Battle of Dublin in 1921.
