[Torrens List] Torrens in co. Antrim

I found this in the Presentments of the Grand Jury Co. Antrim for 1814; about roads to be made

To George Hutchinson esq John Steele and William Moore to repair half of 50 perches Ballymoney to Clough between the late presentment (ie the last bit repaired the previous season) and Sam Torin's lane

This could be anywhere in Kilraughts or Stranocum I suppose.

Was George Hutchinson in Stranocum?
