     Samuel Miller of Drumlaghlin. psh of Tamlaghtfinlagan, Co. Derry, to
my well-beloved wife Elizabeth the house she lives in with half my land
for her life or widowhood, & if she marry again but £10, a chest and
wheel. My children to be brought up on sd half of the farm.
     To my eldest son James the other half of the land when he is 21. &
when he shall be 21 or be married or when my youngest child is 21 he is to
have the other half of the land except the house and gardens which I
possess on the other side of the town.
     To my second son Samuel the house beyond the town & the gardens
thereunto belonging at 1/1 yearly rent & also to him £40 to learn a trade.
     To my eldest daughter Mary £25 on her marriage with the consent of
her mother, if not but to get a chest, wheel & bed.
     To my second daughter Martha £20, a chest, wheel & bed.
     To my third daughter Elizabeth £15, a chest, wheel & bed.
Apoint James Miller of Drumnaghlin & Robert Morrison of Drummore exors. &
Thomas Mekle of Drumaghlin exor. & wife Elizabeth exor. & Samuel Miller of
Drumaghlin exor. & Hugh Morrison, Sam Morris & Samuel Wallace as guardians.
