I give devise and bequeath to my very beloved wife Edith Adeline Long all my property of every nature and kind whatsoever whether real (real) or personal or whether in possession, reversion or expectancy that I may die possessed of, or to which I may become in any way entitled or have any disposing power over for her own use absolutely. I declare that all the furniture in the house in which I live is the absolute property of my said wife. I hereby appoint my said wife sole Executrice, residuary legatee and residuary devisee of this my will. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 11th day of May One thousand nine hundred and forty eight (1948).
